Surface Treatment
Antistatic air treatment is a process used to remove static electricity from the surface of parts. This application is generally done to prevent problems that static electricity may cause in materials, equipment or production processes used in industrial environments. Static electricity occurs due to the transfer of electrical charges between surfaces, which can cause material buildup, dust and particle adhesion, or product quality problems.
Materials such as plastic, composite and glass are charged with static electricity during the production phase. In this way, they adhere to the dust that enters the gravitational field created by static electricity. In this case, quality problems occur during the painting process on the material. In order to eliminate the attraction area, neutralization is achieved on the part by antistatic bars and air, and adhering dust is removed and dust adhesion is prevented again.
