Dry filtration systems retain paint particles and provide a clean air flow. These cabins are suitable for wet painting processes where water-based paints are generally used. They are equipped with lights and observation windows that provide good visibility to operators. Additionally, the use of water-based paint minimizes environmental impacts by reducing the solvent content. With these features, it helps increase efficiency and environmental compatibility in industrial production processes.

Excess sprayed paint waste (exhaust) is directed to the front filter by being retained in the airflow that attempts to discharge the air into the external environment through the exhaust fan. Solid particles are filtered here, and the cleaned waste air is released into the open air through the fan. The difference between dry-filtered wet paint booths and water-curtain wet paint booths is that, in the water-curtain system, the sprayed paint falls into the water, whereas in dry-filtered booths, it falls onto the front filter (paper).
