Filtered Powder Coating Booths (Manual)

Manual filter powder coating booths are industrial equipment used for manual powder coating of parts. These cabins are designed to minimize the spread of powder paint into the environment and the risk of workers being exposed to dust created by paint.

Filtered Powder Coating Booths (Manual)

General Features

Thanks to the suction fan in the cabin, the powder paint particles in the air drawn in are captured by filters. Filters are cleaned automatically via an electronic card. There are also manual filter cleaning buttons on the panel. Directing the dust particles horizontally with the suction air provides the most suitable wrapping application for the grounded part to be painted. The tank with screen is located in the lower part of the cabin. The paint spilled on the sieve is sieved and transferred to the gun via the injector, thus ensuring the recycling of the paint.
