Horizontal Belt Tunnel Oven

General Features

These are drying ovens placed at the end of the paint line to dry the parts after paint application. It is manufactured with wire belt or PVC belt depending on the drying temperature. During design, oven dimensions are determined according to capacity. The oven, designed as a tunnel, is heated by electricity or natural gas. All electrical components are controlled by PLC. By adjusting the belt speed with the inverter, the paint is dried to the desired quality. If necessary, a cooling tunnel can be added to the furnace outlet to ensure rapid cooling of the parts.
