General Specifications

By smoothly moving paint guns from side to side at various speeds or along the stroke, it achieves even spraying onto moving objects.

The guns are mounted on an extended arm attached to the carrier trolley. Stroke lengths and speeds can be programmed based on the material's length and the conveyor speed. These movements involve the drive of the carrier trolley, which is robustly constructed within the sled, using a chain, timing belt, or endless gear, driven by a gear motor or servo motor. The motor's movement is controlled by a PLC.
