Paint Preparation Room

General Features

In wet paint facilities, the pump, dosage and color block groups that feed the paint guns should be located in a separate room. This room should also be protected against environmental pollution and fire hazard. Thanks to the exhaust fan in the room, solvent accumulation inside is prevented. The viscosity of the paint waiting in the tanks is kept under control by feeding it with conditioned air when necessary.

Equipment Features

Its body consists of uninsulated 1 mm thick sandwich type bent DKP-galvanized panels.
External surfaces are coated with electrostatic powder paint.
There is 1 personnel entrance and exit door in the room. There is 1 glass on the door that will allow easy viewing of the inside.
All electrical products used in the room (lighting, fan and fan motor, etc.) must be ex-proof.
