Sanding Cabinet

General Features

These are cabins that allow the dust to be captured and absorbed during sanding and trimming of the parts. In sanding cabins, the dust generated during the sanding of the parts is sucked from the floor and prevented from being released into the factory environment. At the entrance of the dust collection unit, the sucked air hits the crusher that protects the filters from particles and directly collects the dust.

It is allowed to settle in the collection bucket. Small particles are passed through polyester teflon filters in the direction of the air suction direction and are kept on the filters. The dust accumulated on the filters is poured into the dust collection tank via the blaster. Filters are cleaned automatically via the electronic card inside the panel.
