Wet Paint Systems (Facilities)
Paint preparation rooms are rooms established in wet paint facilities for the purpose of preparing, storing or mixing flammable materials such as paint, thinner, etc. The necessary lighting, filtration and ventilation in these rooms allow for optimal mixing and color adjustment of paints.
In wet paint facilities, the pump, dosage and color block groups that feed the paint guns should be located in a separate room. This room should also be protected against environmental pollution and fire hazard. Thanks to the exhaust fan in the room, solvent accumulation inside is prevented.
