Powder coating facilities are facilities used for powder coating of parts. It generally consists of a chemical cleaning line, drying oven, powder coating booth and curing ovens. It is in the form of a closed area.
These are facilities used for coating metal parts with powder paint. The parts placed on the conveyor line are first passed through the surface treatment washing facility to remove oil, dirt and rust. This facility is designed to use iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, nanotechnology or just chemicals according to quality expectations. The materials with prepared surfaces are dried in the drying oven and made ready for powder coating application. The parts entering the powder coating application cabin via the conveyor are painted robotically or manually with powder coating guns. In order for the powder paint to cure, it is transferred to the oven with the necessary temperature and time settings. After the curing process is completed, the parts are unloaded from the conveyor in the unloading section after cooling.
